Green Building Certification for Office Campus

This project focuses on providing end-to-end consultancy and technical support to achieve green building certification for an office campus under recognized rating systems such as the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) or the U.S. Green Building Council LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) framework.

The objective is to evaluate the building’s design, construction, and operational performance against sustainability criteria including energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, sustainable materials, and site sustainability.

The project includes assessment of current performance, identification of improvement measures, documentation preparation, coordination with certification authorities, and final submission for certification.

The final deliverable will be a fully compliant submission package aimed at securing the targeted IGBC/LEED certification level (Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
