Refund Policy

Greenex Environmental is committed to providing high-quality sustainability consulting and environmental services.

As our services are primarily consultation, assessment, auditing, reporting, and project-based professional services, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be applicable.

1. Consultation Services

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

2. Project-Based Services

For services including but not limited to:

  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

  • Carbon Footprint Assessment

  • Water Footprint Assessment

  • ESG Reporting

  • Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)

  • Green Building Certification

  • EcoVadis

  • BRSR

  • CBAM

  • GreenPro

  • GreenCo

  • CDP

  • GRI

refund eligibility depends on the project stage.

3. Before Project Commencement

If cancellation is requested before any work has started, Greenex Environmental may issue a refund after deducting applicable administrative charges.

4. After Project Commencement

Once project work has begun, payments made are generally non-refundable due to:

  • Resource allocation

  • Technical analysis

  • Research work

  • Documentation

  • Expert consultation

  • Project planning

5. Completed Deliverables

No refunds will be issued after:

  • Reports have been delivered.

  • Assessments have been completed.

  • Documentation has been submitted.

  • Certification support work has been completed.

6. Client Delays

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Missing documents

  • Delayed client responses

  • Incorrect information provided by the client

  • Failure to meet project requirements

7. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to technical reasons, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

8. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Each request will be reviewed based on:

  • Project status

  • Work completed

  • Contract terms

  • Payment history

​

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
