Life Cycle Assessment for Consumer Product
LCA & EPD
This project involves conducting a comprehensive Cradle-to-Grave Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of a selected consumer product to evaluate its total environmental impact across all stages of its life cycle. The assessment will quantify environmental burdens from raw material extraction to end-of-life disposal, providing data-driven insights for sustainability improvements.
The study will follow internationally recognized LCA standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization, particularly ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 frameworks.
The final outcome of the project will include the preparation of an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)—a transparent, standardized report communicating the product’s verified environmental performance.
